We are pleased to present a unique selection of our region-selected chocolates from Peru, Madagascar, Venezuela, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic!
Due to the characteristics of the growing areas, the cocoa have specific flavors, which all give a new experience of perception and taste compared to hot chocolate in sachets! (You can read a little about these flavors on the product page of each type!)
The use of dark chocolate is quite broad, we can make hot chocolate from them (sensational, the best!), we can use them for baking, cooking, sweets, cookies, cakes, melted, as a coating, mixed in, sprinkled, etc. they are edible! :)
Hot chocolate can be made from the granules as follows:
In a coffee shop : In the usual, usual way, with the steam arm of your coffee machine; Boil 25-30g of dark chocolate granules in 120-150ml of milk - and it's ready to serve!
At home : add 25-30g of dark chocolate granules to hot (alternative) milk and melt it by stirring. Done!
With a milk frother : If you happen to have a milk frother at home, you don't even need to stir, because the machine does it for you: pour in 120-130 ml of milk as usual, add 25-30 g of dark chocolate granules and start! As soon as the machine is finished, you can serve it!
