The real Crema al'Caffe from Northern Italy! Ice-cold, silky and creamy cold coffee cream, with real ground coffee beans and instant coffee! A real cooling and refreshing coffee experience in the summer heat! It can be enjoyed both as a cold coffee and as a dessert!

*Attention! In order to prepare coffee cream of the ideal consistency and temperature, an ice machine is required and recommended, which keeps the drink constantly cold and rotates it. We also sell and possibly rent one-tank machines!

Ingredients : Fructose, skimmed milk powder, dried glucose syrup, emulsifier base (refined vegetable oil (palm kernel), E477, milk proteins, E471), freeze-dried arabica coffee (3.7%), thickeners: carob seed flour (E410), guar flour (E412 ), coloring: E150a (caramel), flavors, finely ground roasted coffee (0.3%).

ALLERGENIC INGREDIENTS : The product contains milk, milk-based products, milk derivatives (including lactose and milk proteins).

Recommended preparation: mix 1000ml of water (or milk for a creamier texture) with 400g of product. It is best to store it chilled and stirred in an ice cream maker, and then dispense from there.
